SUMMER Snapshots | FINE ART PRINTS

I took some time to create and play this summer, enjoying the longer days with paper and paint on my porch or sneaking in time with my sketchbook while on vacation. I wanted to share these pieces with you in my second collection of limited edition prints.

This collection is playful, full of color and energy. I love curating the print shop because I can pull a drawing from my sketchbook and give it new life, sharing it and letting it go from a small idea to a statement making work of art ready to be framed. I also like to take into account requests from you guys, so you’ll notice a few favorites coming back for a second-life, reproduced in a new way. I love hearing what paintings and paper pieces you hope to see again in some capacity, and with prints I can ensure that everyone gets a chance to own a piece they love.

The best part though!? Most prints will be available in 3 different sizes, so that you can find exactly what you are looking for. You will be able to select a 8 x10”, 11 x 14” or 16 x 20” before adding to cart. Each piece will be printed-to-order taking approximately 5 days ( plus shipping).

Each fine art print has been reproduced using archival inks and museum quality paper, capturing every detail of the original. Once again, this collection will be limited edition, helping to share the magic of the original pieces, while also preserving their integrity.

Here’s a little sneak peak of what you’ll find in the shop this Thursday:

All dogs

Ask and you shall receive! I’ve received many inquiries about this piece since it sold last year, so I decided to give it new life as a fine art print.

All Dogs captures a rambunctious group of canine friends as they leap and bound through the night sky. The original was created using watercolor on paper, all in shades of indigo blue.

Forest friends

This colorful piece makes me smile, and I hope it will bring the same joy to you when you notice a friendly hello or two. These forest creatures tell a story, but that’s for you to figure out.

The original was created using gauche and watercolor in coral and white, on paper.

Watercolor finches are silhouetted against an indigo backdrop in this group of four 5x7” prints. I love the idea of giving you a set of prints that work together, ready to be framed and hang so sweetly together. These prints have a deckled ( torn) edge that make them perfect to float frame and make them feel even more special.

The original paintings were created on a warm August evening, sitting in the fading light with a glass of ice-cold Chardonnay. Take me back to that moment please!

See you back here Thursday for the full Collection Launch!
