new collection | save the date for oct. 2nd!
Familiar themes and ideas flow through this collection of mostly small-scale paintings created during the summer months. Finding joy and freedom in new places (mostly imagined) and pushing color into exuberant expressions of celebration make for a truly happy body of work.
This collection speaks to the magic that exists in these in-between moments we live in.
While creating this group of work, I was also finalizing my collection of patterns for my first collection of textiles and wallpaper. You’ll see these two bodies of work influence each other, as my paintings explore more repetition and traditional pattern motifs and the textile patterns maintain the painterly movement of my hand in the original art. I love that these two collections are so intertwined and seem to speak to one another.
Sizes included in this collection are: 8 x 10, 9 x 12, 11 x 14, 14 x 24, 20 x 16, & 20 x 20.
For the first time, I am offering several of the canvas sizes with beautiful natural wood floater frames. The frame adds a lovely finished look and these pieces are ready to be hung upon arrival.Although frames aren’t offered for all sizes, I’m happy to assist with custom framing for all of my work.
