Sneak peek | Golden Girls

To celebrate the end of summer I’ve created a collection of my Golden Girls - coastal beauties with golden surroundings. These feathered creatures reference the elegance of egrets and herons, while others are curiously not found IRL. Also, I might have strayed slightly and allowed a goose or two to join the girls in this little collection.

This collection is small, only six pieces are included in next weeks launch. Here is a peek at a few of the gals to be found next Wednesday. I hope you’l hurry back to shop before these beauties fly away…

Beatrice

An original golden girl through and through. Beatrice is painted in soft shades of white and hints of minty green, her form is punctuated with black ink. She floats along in a sea of golden pigment and is framed in shades of soft greens.

Pinky

This 12 x 9” gallery style canvas is ready to land on your wall. Pinky is small but mighty with soft shades of coral and gold.

I’m feeling the pink! I’m not sure why I’ve ignored this hue and flamingos until now!

12 x 9 inches with 1.5 inch depth.

BEACH DAY

Inspired by the Sandpipers that zig zag across the shoreline each morning, these little birds capture the energy through crisp mark-making and soft hues of blue and white. I like how the golden ground becomes the sand surrounded by blues of the sea and sky.

Can’t wait to share more of the collection with you next week! See you back here Wednesday, August 31st at 1 PM EST
